We booked a standard room for a single night to celebrate our anniversary. On arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded to a bigger room at the front desk. When we got to the room, we were so pleasantly surprised due to the beautiful features of the room. There was a beautiful star lit bath, kitchenette & living room suite downstairs and upstairs, the bathroom and bedroom. We had such a wonderful weekend & will be back in the near future to try the restaurant and spa facilities! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

It was a fabulous experience. So professional and welcoming. Once amazing instance was when I left my phone I. A taxi. The proprietor immediately used the hotel hi tech security system to get the taxi license plate. My pone was returned to me within 2 hours. Just amazing.

The best place to stay in Birmingham! Since it’s a smart-hotel (you can do anything from your phone such as turn on/off lights, check in/out) your accommodation gets so comfortable! And what can I say for the staff! All of them were very helpful! Thank you guys!
