Our room looked over the water park and was so spacious and exceptionally clean. The little extras included water and cookies which were replaced everyday and the toiletries included lavender sleep drops and lovely hand and body cream. The staff were all very friendly and happy to hold our bags due to early arrival and late departure. Location was fantastic and we were able to walk everywhere. Would highly receommend to anyone and was very impressed with the Apex chain from what we experienced in Dundee.

Absolutely top quality customer service. Arrived shattered and early. Could not have been treated better. Duty Manager offered coffee and an early check in (possibly so I wasn't snoring in the bar area).. Generally just good.

The hotel was great, room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast has great variety and the staff were always friendly and helpful in anything we needed! It was nice hanging out by the pool!

Awwwwwesoooome! The room is clean and well be cleaned daily. Cookies provided daily. Breakfast contains amount of choices like bagel+salmon or salmon+eggs (yet don’t know whether can order two or more once because I only order one). The location is really great as its in the town center and not far from the bus station. Some bar’s nearby.

Super comfortable and friendly host. Stunning interior and rooms with spacious bathrooms and large beds and room with lounge area also plus nice drinks and chill out lounge downstairs. Excellent breakfast and lovely garden. A real gem of a find. Host was very knowledgeable about local attractions and tips too.
