Breakfast and service were excellent. Buses into City were very close and frequent. Local restaurants were an easy 15 minute walk away. Alex at the front desk helped with our bags, even though she’d didn’t have to, this was appreciated. We had a few items to go in the fridge and Alex put these in the kitchen for us.

A very friendly welcome. Our room was huge with a very comfortable bed and a big,deep bath which was lovely. Both of our breakfasts were delicious! Very accommodating with dietary requirements. The gluten free bread was really yummy! We had an evening meal here and the food was incredible. The chocolate mousse is a must! Along with some yummy seasonal cocktails. Unexpectedly, there was a Jazz band playing and they were amazing. They were fascinating to watch and played a variation of songs including ones we all knew. It felt like a private concert! And,of course, not forgetting the super lovely pub dog which made my day. Thanks for a fabulous time, we would definitely come to stay/ eat here again.

The staff were amazing. It happened to be my birthday and they made it a special treat for us at the Cafe. Food is lovely. Our room was exceptional. Service was excellent, friendly and helpful. Samira personally showed us where to park and then to our room.
