Very friendly staff specially Samira from the reception. We stayed there for my bday and i appreciate the special touch by giving chocolates, bday card and wine for me. Also, a dog bed and bowl was prepared for our fur baby! The Cafe staff are also very friendly. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is also nice. Location is very convenient. It is close to the centre and tourist attractions. Walking distance to Westgate Shopping Centre. Everything is just good. Will definitely go back.
