The location is great. It’s clean and feels safe. You can park your car in the garage for 10€ per day and you can easily walk to the nearest subway, it takes 10 minutes. There is also a bakery and a supermarket (Auchan) en route to the subway. The entrance of the hotel is very modern, with a reception desk, couches and a small bar area. The staff were lovely. They spoke English very well and they immediately gave us a new kettle, as the one in our room was faulty. The room itself was a studio, with a small kitchenette containing a fridge, microwave, hob and cutlery. There’s a kettle with tea bags and coffee. You would just need to bring your own milk, if desired. We had a large double bed and a pull out sofa for the kids. The bed is comfortable, and so are the pillows. The bathroom has a built in radio, which we personally loved. There were fresh towels for all of us and everything felt clean. The air conditioning switches off at night, but even though it was 38oC in Lyon that day, the room had a cool temperature from being air conditioned during the day.

The apartment is conveniently located. Quick access to public transport and shops are nearby. They maintain the rooms very well with all the necessary facilities. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 days to attend a conference at centre de congrès de lyon and it was just a walking distance away.

We loved the huge bed and also possibility to have a swim and usage to the gym. Rooms were super clean as well. Also the restaurant was good (both dinner and breakfast - but order alacarte, not buffet). Staff was super friendly and nice.

The rooms were neatly clean - towels and sheets are changed everyday! Very nice breakfast with a wide variety of choice so everyone can find something for themselves. Staff was exteremly helpful and location - top notch!
