The location is great. It’s clean and feels safe. You can park your car in the garage for 10€ per day and you can easily walk to the nearest subway, it takes 10 minutes. There is also a bakery and a supermarket (Auchan) en route to the subway. The entrance of the hotel is very modern, with a reception desk, couches and a small bar area. The staff were lovely. They spoke English very well and they immediately gave us a new kettle, as the one in our room was faulty. The room itself was a studio, with a small kitchenette containing a fridge, microwave, hob and cutlery. There’s a kettle with tea bags and coffee. You would just need to bring your own milk, if desired. We had a large double bed and a pull out sofa for the kids. The bed is comfortable, and so are the pillows. The bathroom has a built in radio, which we personally loved. There were fresh towels for all of us and everything felt clean. The air conditioning switches off at night, but even though it was 38oC in Lyon that day, the room had a cool temperature from being air conditioned during the day.

We do a lot of bussiness trips and also for holidays and stayed in a lot of hotels in bussines areas and i know what to expect from a hotel. The hotel was very clean and big rooms. The stuff was nice and helpfull. Location was ok with some restaurants in walking distance and bus stops just a minute away. The rooms had everything that you need. Breakfast was really good and the restaurant of the hotel one of the good ones in Lyon. For a 3 star hotel it was perfect.

I loved everything about this hotel. My children and I wanted to get away from home and chill. It's a perfect location for that as it's located in a mall. We took the tram and then the metro to get around. There's an Arcade games place right next door which is convenient if you have kids and you are too tired to go out. I highly recommend this hotel and the view is magnificent as it's located high up in the Mall. You can see the river and part of Lyon from an elevated view. Loved the friendliness of the staff members. We also loved their breakfast.

I like the location and the cleanliness. It was a little fancier than I am accustomed. I am from America so getting used to how the French operate was odd. (toilet in a separate room from the shower).

Great location, great and very helpful personnel, tasty breakfast with a lot of options (even warm potatoes and smashed eggs). Our child got a welcome pocket with small surprise and also enjoyed a kids zone in a lobby. There is a TV in the lobby showing departs from the Part-Dieu railway station.
