Location, absolutely amazing. Walking distance to all attractions in Dresden. Restaurants, bakery shops etc. Hotel itself really clean. Nice staff and spacious rooms. Good bathroom. Dog bed and dog bowls for the dog. Carpark directly connected to hotel lobby by elevator. So easy for luggage. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful luxury heritage property. Rooms had high ceilings, classic furniture, and extremely spacious living spaces. Staff helped to get the room ready for our young kids, providing us with a potty and kids shampoo, lotion and body wash from Sebamed, and even a rubber ducky! Meals at the restaurant were outstanding. Dinner at the cafe was delicious (with a kids menu too!), and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had - plenty of options and high quality, gourmet standard offerings. All the staff we had the pleasure to deal with during our stay were courteous, helpful and friendly. The hotel is pricey, but honestly great value and well worth a splurge. We will definitely return for a stay here when we visit Dresden again.

very nice& friendly receptionist girl who offered me the room even earlier than check-in started. I was more than happy as was frozen and needed hot shower!! very nice location , just 20 min walk from the historical centre and just 10 min walk from the Neustadt-Bahnhof very good breakfast also for vegans! guiet and clean room + very-well designed lobby. like it!!

My husband and I spent the first day of the New Year here. The staff were very professional and friendly, they arranged an early check-in for us and allocated a room with a great view. They left a deep impression on us. We will definitely choose this place without hesitation the next time we go to Dresden. The location is very convenient, and the breakfast is also very good.
