From the reception to the room, we were very well treated. The staff was polite and friendly, the hotel was very clean and organized, and the room and the bathroom were super clean and comfortable. All was very organized, with little messages regarding the rules and arrangements. Highly recommended. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.

Unfortunately, we were not able to come to the hotel because our kid got high temperature of around 39 celcius the night before our stay in Munich (so we had to go home directly and cut our holidays shorter). Nonetheless, the hotel was willing to cancel our stay at the very last minute without any additional charges. Thanks a lot for your kindness!!

Excellent location, all the sight seeing places are 15mins away from the hotel. The hotel was amazing & very cozy, the room is cleaned everyday, never run out of toiletry supplies and free botted water, coffee everyday. Staff was very friendly and professional. An excellent stay!
