Rooms are clean, with a beautiful wooden floor. It is one of the few hotels in Bochum with rooms with a wooden floor instead of a carpet. There was a misunderstanding when I checked in, but it was fixed the next day. The room was beautiful, and decorated with good taste. Bathroom is very modern. The hotel is ideally located, in the center, surrounded by restaurants and bars, and within a 10 min walking distance from the railway station. Breakfast is "à la carte", and is good. I appreciated the staff and the waitress who served me at breakfast.

This 4-star hotel offers modern accommodation, spa facilities and free parking in Burgaltendorf. It lies a short walk from the old castle ruins and 11 km from Essen city centre.

The bed was literally the highlight . Extremely comfy. The position of the hotel is super central. Close to caffes, restaurants, shops . The rail station just a 5 min walking. Super friendly stuff. Smooth check in. We arrived at 11:00 and they managed to give us a room earlier which was great

Beautiful hotel with very welcoming staff, everything is designed to be as comfortable as possible. The hotel bar and restaurant are great and the location next to Gruga Park is fantastic.

Breakfast was excellent, with high quality foods and lots of different items to choose from. The family room we were given was spacious and offered a small divider to separate our space from that of our children. The location of the hotel is excellent; it's very near the Essen Central Railway station (walking distance), very near a Metro Station and it's walking distance from the Messe Essen (1,6km). Also, within very easy walking distance, there is a street parallel to the one the hotel is situated on, which offers a wide range of restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly, spoke fluent English and everything was very easy for us.

This 4-star hotel is next to Viehofer Platz Tram Stop in the centre of Essen, 300 metres from Porscheplatz square. It offers modern rooms and a stylish restaurant and bar.

The room was incredible as was the view. the staff were amazing especially boris and all his colleagues! They were super friendly and eager to help with anything i needed. I was there for medical treatment and at times very very sick and they were so thoughtful and helpful, i appreciated it immensely! They also are currently storing my luggage in their storage room before i return there. The bar staff and food stuff were great too, as was the quality of the foods and drinks! I would recommend this place to anyone!!
