from checkin to check out it was great! We got a really nice room upgrade and as we were there for sport medical test around the corner this hotel was just great! restaurants close by , small supermarket close by..and the staff just great!

It's even closer to the airport than expected and qt the same time no noise. The staff is very professional and friendly. We liked especially the gym, garden and the restaurant. Breakfast was also amazing.

Staff were exceptional - extremely efficient, friendly and proactive. We loved the different floor themes, and the rooms were very spacious. Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, ever. Very big room, with a really cool artsy style. The interior of the hotel is also really great and it has a neat restaurant on the rooftop where you can enjoy a cold drink or dinner. The location is also good, right in the heart of Poblado.

Friendly, helpful staff. The area felt safe and quiet and was a stone's throw from the Metro station. Breakfast was served on a lovely roof terrace.
