Nice and spacious for a very good price. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Location is good, not too far from parque lleras or shopping malls down south. possibility to use free Laundry machines.

Staff were exceptional - extremely efficient, friendly and proactive. We loved the different floor themes, and the rooms were very spacious. Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. The service was great, staff very helpful, the room huge and comfortable, the bar service to the room a super great surprise and the breakfast the best we had in Colombia. Many thanks to the concierge from Venezuela (can’t remember his name!) so helpful and kind! This hotel should be rated a 10, it’s one of the mos silent in Poblado!

Everything!! The staff was verry nice and helpfull. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and varied. And last but not least the location was perfect just infront of santa fe mall.

Modern design and free WiFi are offered in Medellin, only 150 metres away from Aguacatala Metro Station and half a block from EAFIT University. All rooms are equipped with a TV and laptop safe boxes.

Friendly, helpful staff. The area felt safe and quiet and was a stone's throw from the Metro station. Breakfast was served on a lovely roof terrace.
