I had an amazing experience during my stay. The staff were incredibly well-trained and exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Great location in the city centre, clean room, fine breakfast. I appreciated the tea and coffee making facility in the lobby. The staff was very friendly.

Easy checkin. Accessible stuff. Very helpful. Quiet. Earplugs were provided but not needed. Excellent location. Went in winter and room was warmed up with enough coffee. Staff assisted with storage at the luggage on check out. Furthermore, I lost my key and staff were very helpful and understanding. Excellent service
