Everything especially the location of the hotel. We have two connecting rooms on high floor facing Parliament hills! The views were simply amazing! Hotel staff are super friendly. Beds are super comfortable. Location of the hotel cannot be beaten. Right in the centre of the city… close to Parliament hills and Byward market. Hotel has direct link to Rideau Centre shopping Mall! Incredible stay!

Everything was wonderful. But the breakfast buffet was just amazing! Worth every penny! Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Casino is huge and loads of fun. Outdoor pool was a great surprise for us.

It was a cute little hotel with a beautiful spa (sauna inside and large hotubs outside) with lots of seating. An empty fridge for you to bring your own snacks. Great location and only 20 min drive to the airport

    The location is excellent for walking to all attractions. Calm relaxing feel at the hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at Cocotte and the French atmosphere. Very spacious room and bathroom. The supply of 2 water bottles each day was good. Lovely boutique hotel.

    Super stylish and a great bistro on ground floor. Location, cost, staff, room, but especially the design and decor, was all around a great experience. Centrally located and close to destinations and transit.

    The design and comfort were outstanding, above average in Canada. It is more of a European boutique hotel style. Staff is courteous and responsive. Complementary water bottles was offered when we left the premises. We liked everything of this hotel.
