She looked after us, cooked us amazing food, and helped us create unforgettable moments.

What a wonderful hotel in the heart of Luganville! Mary Jane was an incredible hostess, who helped me with great recommendations of what to do and visit in Espiritu Santo island during my 3-day stay. Hotel with a great price for what it offers, where I had an amazing time, in a comfy bedroom. The breakfast and dinner options were both very tasty! I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luganville. If one day I come back to Santo, I know just where to stay ;)

Their hospitality is above and beyond what we normally experience around the world! 🌍 You can see AND HEAR the volcano from your room, an unreal experience! Highly recommend staying with them! Occupying a prime waterfront location, Grand Hotel and Casino offers air-conditioned rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies. Staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities were great, some minor issues re main toilets but easily resolved with two other options. Felt safe and welcomed each time we entered and left the premise.
