Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

I love how the Hotel was very inviting and the staff are very welcoming! It was so clean and luxurious, made ma feel at home. Met a staff named Rasco. He was Super great! helpful friendly and always happy with a smile.

Exceeded expectations. Room was as beautiful and bright and large as the photos. Staff were as kind as the reviews. Rooftop terrace was very pleasant rain or shine during provided breakfast or also just to take your own meals up to eat and relax. Amenities were everything you could ask for while staying on an ocean vacation. Swim suit dryers, drying racks, dive gear cleaning tub, towels to borrow, laundry services, and super kind and helpful owner. We will definitely be back.

Pero en mi opinión lo más importante a destacar es el personal, todos fueron súper amables y agradables, nos hicieron excelentes recomendaciones para ir a cenar, nos ayudaron a contratar excursiones, alquilar coche, destacar también el super equipo que cada mañana nos preparaba el desayuno, súper encantadoras, en fin, mil gracias por hacerlos sentir como en casa. La habitación espaciosa y confortable. Vale la pena pagar un poco más para disfrutar de las vistas. Sin duda volveríamos a elegirlo!

Palau Sunrise Seaview Landison Retreat está ubicado en Melekeok y tiene bicicletas gratis, pileta al aire libre, un gimnasio y jardín. The staff were amazing . Cherryl helped with tours and site seeing and was so kind . All the staff always smiled and were friendly . Loved the golf carts and transfers. my son loved the pool and paddle boards. The view from rooms and pool was amazing
