This lodge is located on the banks of the Kavango River, along the route toward Botswana just before entering the Caprivi Strip. That’s why we stayed here twice: once on the way to Botswana and again on our return journey. The lodge offers various levels of comfort, including private cottages and well-equipped tents. We tried both options, and each was comfortable and enjoyable. In every case, there’s a special feeling of being close to nature. In the evenings, after dinner, the staff lights a campfire where guests can relax in the unique atmosphere. The lodge also offers boat tours on the Kavango River, perfect for watching the sunset and encountering hippos. This was truly one of the most unforgettable evenings of our entire trip. The food deserves special mention. The restaurant terrace is beautifully designed, and the dinner we had there was probably the best of our entire journey.

Okamanja Lodge está ubicado en Kamanjab y tiene una pileta al aire libre, terraza, bar y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. It was very beautiful (the living room, the rooms and also the landscape) , very pleasant and very nice staff.

El Hansa Hotel Swakopmund ofrece 2 restaurantes, bar y terraza y se encuentra en la costa atlántica, a 15 minutos a pie de Palm Beach. La habitación era muy grande y las camas muy cómodas. Agua caliente abundante en la ducha. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. La atención recibida por el personal fue excelente, tanto a la llegada como en el desayuno. Tuve parking privado y vigilado para mi coche, sin coste alguno. Un hotel recomendable 100%.

El Desert Hills Lodge se encuentra a 36 km de la zona de Sossusvlei y Sesriem del parque nacional de Namib Naukluft. También cuenta con recepción 24 horas y restaurante. The views are incredible, the rooms are spacious and feel very private, and the staff is exceptional.

El Hotel Heinitzburg ocupa un castillo reformado con una arquitectura única, situado en la cima de una colina de Windhoek y dispone de pileta, jardín cuidado, bodega de vinos y 2 restaurantes. Fantastic hotel, excellent staff, beautiful loction and lovely rooms. We booked Hotel Heinitzburg for a couple of relaxing days before traveling home, after a long journey in South Africa and Namibia. It absolutely met our expectations and is warmly recommended.

SAROA Safari Lodge está ubicado en Nina y tiene una pileta al aire libre, jardín, salón compartido y terraza. This place would be a great weekend get-away from Windhoek,or as it was for us a first stop out of the city on our way to places further abroad. Upon arrival the first thing we saw was a rhino in the road, it was beautiful and a good start to our journey. We loved the 2 bedroom chalet we stayed in - it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The lodge itself was well laid out and beautiful, it even had a little driving range to hit balls into the bush! We went on the sundowner game drive and got to see lots of animals on the preserve up close.

Omaruru Game Lodge está ubicado en Omaruru, a 18 km de Omaruru Railway Station, y ofrece alojamiento con una pileta al aire libre, estacionamiento privado gratis, un jardín y una terraza. Nice introduction to Namibian wildlife for my ten-year-old daughter: she petted a rhino and giraffe. Location served well as a lodge beyond Windhoek on way to Damaraland. Cheetah feeding was a nice, unexpected bonus.
