Hotel fantástico en una zona muy buena de Beirut. El personal es encantador, nos atendieron de maravilla en todo momento y nos guardaron equipaje durante una noche que fuimos a otra ciudad. El desayuno fabuloso con productos libaneses buenísimos y muy abundante. Además se adaptaban a tus gustos. El café muy bueno también. Si quieres puedes comer o cenar. Nos quedamos una noche a cenar y estuvo muy bien. Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Tienen amenities de baño muy buenos. La zona es muy buena, segura y bien comunicada. Alrededor hay muchos restaurantes y zona de ocio. Sin duda alguna, volvería a este hotel y de hecho, espero volver.

Todo, excelente el lugar, la habitación, la ubicación pero lo mejor de todo es el personal, amables, muy serviciales, siempre sonrientes y dispuestos a resolver cualquier consulta y solicitud, todos son excelentes!!

Heaven Prestige Hotel cuenta con una alberca al aire libre por temporada, gimnasio, un salón compartido y terraza en Joünié. Absolutely everything! The manager Dimitri made everything he could to make our stay comfortable, also the girls at the Receptions. The room was spacious, amazing view, great infrastructure and very comfy beds. I strongly recommend this hotel!
