We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! It was packed with great amenities, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The room was very spacious and well-appointed. The outdoor area was perfect for enjoying scenic views, and the pool was incredibly relaxing too. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also has fantastic restaurants with delicious food. To top it off, Disney mascots were appearing for picture-taking, adding a fun and memorable touch to the experience. Highly recommended!

The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... Location was excellent -close to everything and very convenient with shuttle services to the airport ..breakfast was exceptionally good ..the staff were very efficient and helpful with special mention to Patrick (nicolas ) Pimentel and Cathy …they were very friendly and accommodating ..the rooms were very modern with complete amenities and very clean

El desayuno del hotel es excelente. La atención tanto del hotel como del restaurante fueron impecables. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones tienen muy buen espacio y están muy limpias. Nos tocó una habitación con una vista a la isla de Hong Kong y la vista era increíble. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel si van de vacaciones en Hong Kong. Recomiendo mucho desayunar aquí, el café, el pan, el queso son ilimitados y el desayuno es delicioso.

The room is bigger than most hotel rooms in HK. Mountain View is nice . Location is really convenient as it is close to mtr. Steps away to take minibus and buses to Aberdeen for local local food. Storage space is ample for longer stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.

El Grand Hyatt Hong Kong es un hotel de lujo situado a 5-8 minutos a pie de la estación MTR del Centro de Exposiciones y de la terminal de ferris Star, y ofrece conexiones directas con el centro de... Yo pedi una habitacion con vista a la bahia y esa vista es mas que hermosa e impresionante, ves toda la bahia de hong kong, el cerro victoria, el piso 19 se ve muy hermoso hong kong, queriamos hasta dormir la ventana abierta, buen espácio, para guardar maletas, el baño muy bonito, buenas camas, aca pedimos una cama adicional y el espacio es suficiente. la recepcion más que excelente, la comida en el piso del lobby muy buena. En realidad es un excelente hotel y el pérsonal muy muy amable y dispuesto.

Location is very good - walking distance to TST , Mongkok ; near Jordan train station ; convenience stores and shops close by .
