Property was well-maintained; staff was very friendly and courteous. Location on the beach was absolutely gorgeous and close to hotel. The amenities were relevant and well-maintained as well.

Set on the pristine white, sandy beaches of central Tumon Bay, Crowne Plaza Guam is the ideal hotel for your next Micronesian vacation. The staff was absolutely wonderful to me. I had a bad experience at my first hotel and came here and they could not have been better if they tried. From the front desk, to the housekeeping, the pool side and bar and more.

Friendly, exceptional staff, very helpful. Beautiful view of the ocean. Decent parking. Close enough to Tumon by car or bus, but far enough away not to deal with the hustle and bustle of crowds. The buffet was delicious, and even behind peak hours service felt swift. The complimentary tea time was equally splendid. The welcome gits were also a wonderful touch, which my girlfriend and I enjoyed immensely.
