Nora, the host, is incredibly kind and helpful. She even made a home made cake for my partner's b-day and added to the breakfast table, wonderful! Such a great experience, very highly recommended and looking forward to coming back soon :)

This is a stunning property in a very beautiful area. Our room was a two bedroom, two bathroom unit that was very comfortable. My five-year-old enjoyed the swing set and level lawn to play ball. I would definitely stay here again and hope to return for a longer period.

Nos gustó TODO. desde la comodidad de la habitación, lo agradable que son las estancias comunes, la ubicación excelente, el entorno tan espectacular, los desayunos caseros muy ricos, el trato cercano y agradable por parte de Azahara (propietaria de la casa rural).. nos ha encantado todo y volvemos totalmente felices con la experiencia. Andoni and Ana were super friendly and welcoming hosts. It was a pleasure to chat with them and spend some time together. They were also helpful and available when booking at the last minute for our 2nd stay. The house is beautiful, rooms are clean and very large and the kitchen/living room area is fully equipped. All in all it was a very pleasant stay for us and also our cat appreciated it a lot, as he was able to explore the whole area, run and make new friends. It will remain a pleasant memory.

The place is located in an incredible peaceful and beautiful area. The house is fantastic and offers every possible comfort, from relaxing garden and lounge area, around a pool and also a very nice living room. The bedrooms are fantastic, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is five stars. Cristina is always there making sure you have enough of everything. This is a perfect spot if you want to stay around or travel around the north of Spain as it is very well located within easy reach to Bilbao, beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants and tourist attractions. We cannot recommend this highly enough.

Basoan está ubicado en Mungia y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, pileta, un jardín, salón compartido y vistas a la montaña. La ubicación me pareció muy buena, en la paz del medio rural, pero muy cerca de servicios y a unos 15-20 minutos de Bilbao, lógicamente aplicable para quienes llegan en coche propio. El desayuno y la atención del personal encargado del mismo, excepcionales. El wifi muy bueno para el teletrabajo puntual que tuve que hacer, no lo usé para streaming por lo cual no puedo calificarlo en este sentido, el gusto en la decoración, muy subjetivo por supuesto, en mi caso me encantó, el detalle de una botella de vino de producción local de cortesía, té y café a disposición, área de cocina muy completa, todo impecable.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! 🌟 The atmosphere was amazing, even though it wasn’t the high season. The house itself is stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed. There’s a barbecue area, and the ocean is just a short walk away — such a big plus! Our room with a terrace was a true highlight: mornings with breakfast outside and evenings enjoying the fresh air were unforgettable. The bed was absolutely fantastic, the pillows super comfortable, and I slept incredibly well. Another great bonus is the convenient parking right by the house. My wife and I simply fell in love with this place and we will definitely come back! ❤️
