The stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed our time and JC was immediately available if we needed help. He showed and explained everything important to us on the first day. The villa is very spacious and very comfortable, it's fully furnished (we only thought cushions on deckchairs would be useful). We loved the garden, it felt very private and quiet. My kids loved the pool in the garden. The location of the villa was perfect. Close to the beach and the main pool in the resort, with the access to restaurants (make sure you have a card or cash on you as they did not let us charge the food to the room) , pools, bars and entertainment. The resort is 3 km from Santa Maria village, taxis available all the time right outside the hotel (5 Euro to the village). We used a shuttle arranged by the host from the airport and called the same guy to take us back to the airport. Easy check in and check out. Very clear instructions. We really appreciated the mid stay housekeeping. I also have to mention the host of the villa- Nadine. She was very attentive, helpful, flexible and hospitable and answered always almost imidiately. A super easy and pleasent contact. Thank you Nadine! We would definitely love to come back!

The villa accommodation and the resort is superior. Everything as described. Andrew is really helpful, and there's also help on site (called Nelson when we were there). The villa had just been renovated, with a new gas BBQ on the terrace, and ideally situated within easy reach of the beach and amenities. Many places accept local CVE currency, Euros, and credit cards.
