We loved the hospitality of the host, most helpful and welcoming. The house is just by the road and there are many small shops around. There is a lovely gravel road to hike up the mountains/hills just behind. The proximity to the city centre was great, we found parking easily. I would recommend to have a car to get around since the traffic is a bit crazy to walk in. The house itself is super clean, the pool is maintained in mint condition and there are tortoises and chickens to enjoy for the kids. There is something for everyone to do, have a lazy day at the pool or explore the surroundings!

BioFarm Gramsh si trova a Kodovjat e mette a disposizione la vista sulla montagna, un giardino, una terrazza, un ristorante e un bar. The farm is amazing with stunning views, spacious rooms, excellent food, and outstanding service. It has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. We are a family of five and they upgraded us to a larger room. At night, they even prepared a bonfire for us. Highly recommended for families with children.
