The house is cozy, clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could think of for it to feel exactly like home away from home (washing machine, dryer, laundry pods, steam iron, kitchen essentials). There is a bathtub that my young daughter loved. The owner Yvonne is very attentive and accommodating to our requests. The place itself is in a peaceful neighborhood, just 15 mins walk away from the park next to the Swan River and great food places. My entire family (elderly to gen Z) loves this place! Couldn’t ask for more and will def consider it if we ever come back!

After a long travel we found the Gumnut Cottage was the perfect place to recharge. It is a very bright, clean and well equipped apartment with comfy beds and real homey feel. The beautiful garden was very peaceful. The friendly hosts were very accomodating and even enabled an early check in due to our early arrival time.Thank you and hope to be back one day.

    No meals were provided but tea and coffee, milk and sugar supplies were thoughtfully supplied. The kitchen was adequate for holiday needs and the whole cottage and all its amenities were exceptionally clean. The huge plus was the great location and ambience of the cottage itself. Charming and a little bit quirky.

    Lovely cottage to explore the surrounding areas, was very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. There was a heater in the lounge which provided enough warmness and lot of blankets for the beds. Loved the block out curtains and good shower pressure. There are also couple of good restaurants/takeaways within 2 mins drive. The accommodation is part of a bigger property seperated into two with the owners, who were very friendly and helpful, living in the rear part.
