The host was very accommodating to us. There was a blackout all over iloilo but good thing they have a generator so we were able to use the wifi. They were kind enough to buy a new fan and brought it to us since we could not use the air conditioning.

The place itself was just fantastic. The sunrise view each morning was just wonderful to sit and watch with a morning coffee. The host, Selina, could not have been more helpful! Other hosts could certainly learn a thing or two from her. She arranged a complimentary taxi to pick us up from the ferry port and even did the same when I had to cut my stay short a couple of days early due to unforeseen events. Some snacks were provided along with a very ample supply of drinking water which was great too! The stay here was faultless and I hope to visit again in the future! If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it! You will not regret it.

The condo was spacious, well equipped, nice minibar and comfortable bed. It was quiet too, no barking dogs or screaming cockerels. A good night's sleep. I recommend this place.

I stayed here for a week due to a company event, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the office. It’s also conveniently close to Sugbo Mercado and Ayala Centrio. The condo had a complete dining and entertainment setup, and I appreciated the ability to cook my own meals, which I did often. Since I spent most of my time at the office, I mainly used the place for sleeping, but it was very clean and comfortable. The guards were also friendly and accommodating. Great stay overall!

A recently renovated property, 2 BR Condo near SM City Iloilo is set in Iloilo City near Smallville Complex, Jaro Metropolitan Cathedral and Ateneo de Iloílo. We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was in a great location, and being on the ground floor was actually so convenient, no waiting for elevators and the pool was just steps away. The place was comfortable with great amenities, but the best part was the karaoke. That definitely made our stay extra fun!
