l had a wonderful stay with my wife. The airport shuttle driver and lodge recommended taxi driver were the best and reliable. i loved their breakfast and dinner. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room looked exactly like on the pictures. The staff were friendly. And l love the fact that they are about to finish their Conference center which can be good for business meetings when l come back to Bulawayo for business.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I happened to arrive earlier than the check in time and the staff managed to get the room ready for me. The hotel is very clean and organised, l would always book there when ever I m in Bulawayo. Thumbs up to the staff.

What a fabulous place! A large property with plenty of trees, plants and flowers scattered in a beautifully-tended park where you can walk and relax any time of the day. The central building is architecturally inspiring and stylishly furnished: it is the heart of the property with a comfortable dining room and a lovely bar where you can meet other guests, chat over a drink and enjoy delicious, well-prepared food. Our room was large, with a pleasant terrace, spotless clean and most comfortable, offering all the amenities we are used to at home. Indeed, we immediately felt at home, in a friendly environment going far, far beyond our expectations. The great secret of The Musketeers Lodge is that it has a vibrant soul: Liz and her staff were just fantastic, all so helpful and ready to go the extra mile to meet your expectations. Staying at The Musketeers Lodge and meeting you all was a true blessing and we'll never thank you enough for this. Thanks also, Liz, for the lift into the city, your always instructive, delightful company and precious contribution - with Tendayi and Godfrey - to our trip to Great Zimbabwe, Serima Mission and the Italian Chapel of Saint Francis of Assisi in Masvingo. This is the place to stay in Bulawayo, beautifully renovated Gentlemen's club, this hotel is like an oasis. Nice atrium and lounge that cools you down. The rooms are not that cool as they are in 2nd floor, under the roof but there is/are ventilators (no AC in my room). Clean modern rooms and bathroom and a sufficient breakfast. City center walkable and carpark in the backyard (reachable by a small alley before the hotel -not signposted). Personnel is also very nice.

The host Mabel was like a mother I never had . Very good interaction and just like my wife a great cook , would highly recommend this place . The grounds and house is spotless and would gladly come again and again . Guys if you are going to Bulawayo stay here
