Hotel Frida is fantastic new hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, everything was very clean, Restaurant is miracle, food was tasty and very reasonably priced, and we liked the vibe very much. Can highly recommend the restaurant and we will come back for sure

Appears to brand new, located on the 11th and 12th floors of a shopping mall. The "lobby" is located on the ground floor of the mall, on the left-hand side, just after the mall elevator. The check-in desk is manned 24-hours and there is a private elevator in the lobby area that takes you to the hotel floors. The room was very large and spotlessly clean. It was tastefully furnished with a desk, cabinet, and closet. The bathroom was gigantic with an extra-large shower area. The room was very quiet at night. The hotel/mall is a short walk from the bus station and there is a nice park across the street. Located very close to the few tourist sites that Gjakova has to offer. Despite the lack of tourist attractions, I rather enjoyed my stay in Gjakova as it is a relaxed town and rather modern by Kosovo standards. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and found the room the be an outstanding value given the overall size and the quality of the furnishings.

The breakfast was amazing. Why was that it is included in your fare for the room, plus all that was there was made fresh. They've turned a simple Continental breakfast into a wholesome and satisfying experience. With their freshly made food, the patience and kindness of the waiters, their understanding of English helped me A lot as well. It's a hotel that unless you desire to explore the town, you don't need to leave the building, all is taken cared of.

The Hotel is excellent , with big parking place ,the view is amaizing ,rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly with professional receptionist. The food at restaurant is very delicious. If I come back in Gjakove, I will stay again at Hotel La Villa.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed! Delightful hosts. Wonderful rooms. Sitting atop a wonderful grill restaurant…serving ice cold beer. Sound perfect? It really is!! Did I mention the secure basement garage?

The service was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurant downstairs. Food was crazy good!! Breakfast was superb! Even though the hotel is located a lil bit far from the bazaar, but if you have a car, it shouldn't be a problem. It's around 15-20 minutes walking distance to the bazaar. So, not that bad actually. The free parking at the hotel was convenient and easy. We had a lovely 1 night stay at Gjakova.

    The view out front of the happy hotel, the place shines at night, and the sun reflects off of the river during the day. The buildings, the cobblestone streets, the sightings of family gatherings and the monuments dedicated to those whom have contributed to the town for its improvement were an amazing sight to behold and made me pleased to stay for the time I did.

    I love the old town.

    I love the old town. We were there for a music festival (Carshia Fest). It was really fun. The musical talent was amazing, actually. The food and drink was all good and not overpriced at all. Lots of good hotels in the area. It has a nice river walk and is near lots of great hiking. Old Turkish style architecture is still abundant in this town.
