Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

Good service. Receptionist is very friendly, enthusiasm especially Julie Nguyen ( Dong Nhi) huge thanks to her. We could turn to her for help with any problem. She also introduced us to the local foods. The location of the hotel is great the nearest shopping centre is 5 minutes walk away. Clean and modern rooms. It was perfect for a one night stop over after flying into Hai Phong too late to travel on to catba island. Clean, modern, comfy, great communication with host. It’s more on an air bnb than a hotel. ( self check in and out , pay by bank transfer or leave cash). Down a pretty side alley, quiet, close to shops and food. Was a perfect little oasis for us.

A well-known hotel brand, I have stayed in this hotel many times, and it has always been an enjoyable stay. The staff are always friendly. Location is a few kilometres from the airport, and there are places to eat and have a drink nearby. Aeon supermarket is just 1 kilometre from the hotel and also has a large selection of restaurants and eateries and plenty of shops.
