This is a wonderful hidden gem: lovely comfortable and modern cottages with great view on the mountain, very quiet place to relax ! And a great service from the staff and especially the manager who were always ready to support (I had to fix a problem with the car and he kindly helped !).

Very kind people and helpful director. Very authentic building, nice swimming pool and music, very close to the lake Charwaq. Food and drinks are great too. Its possible to spend days there without needing anything else.

The place is amazing! Owner Alik and his prettiest doggy Misha are endlessly friendly. The place was very easy to find with google maps. The view from the terrace is something else. Breakfast was well staffed with porridge, eggs, fruits more than enough. Also, near by there's a nice place for dinners with fresh fish.

We had a truly wonderful time in the mountains. The dacha was cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking nature. It was the perfect escape from the city — quiet mornings, fresh air, and incredible views all around. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Absolutely loved our stay here. The place is beautiful and super relaxing. The heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing – spent hours there. The outdoor kitchen was great too, we did a couple of barbecues and really enjoyed it. Big thanks to the owner for being so welcoming and helpful. Also went hiking in the Chimgan area – the views were stunning. Would definitely come back!
