Walker is a great place to stay if you want to be near the...
Walker is a great place to stay if you want to be near the intersection of the two main bicycle paths, The Paul Bunyan State Trail and the Heartland Trail. All of the small towns within cycling and or short drives is fantastic. Especially when all of the places in the other popular small towns are booked, no vacancies. Not realizing it wasn’t within walking distance, but wanting to have adult beverages and with no taxi services in the area the hotel staff drove us to our show and also picked us up once it was done!
