I had made an adjustment to the reservation by phone as I had set the wrong arrival date by one day. We were visiting family in Logansport as it was the city of my father’s and my birth. When we arrived they told us they had no record of the change so they called us a no-show. We had driven 1100 miles to find we had no rooms and none were available.
