I like the historic architecture and the variety of privately owned eateries. My favorite spots are the Colonial Inn, where I stay when I am in town. They have great food, cozy rooms, and great hospitality. It is fairly easy to get to from the surrounding areas. I felt safe walking about town, even late at night. WE are usually there to attend concerts at the Tally Ho theater which is right around the corner from the inn. Once we are checked in we usually go everywhere on foot.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

Nice town near a lot of historical sites. We did Harpers Ferry on our way into the city. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, some with music. Definitely go to Gruto‘s ice cream store, one of the best soft serve we’ve found.Guest review byMarkschuUnited States
