    While the staff at the hotel was friendly, the overall experience was disappointing. The room had cleanliness and odor issues, poor lighting, and lacked basic amenities like towels, which had to be requested. There was also no clear communication about breakfast options. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would return to a hotel like this, especially for the price I paid, there are many other options nearby with equal or better rates and much better standards. I expected more.

    The location is super convenient with lots of stores and restaurants in walking distance. the rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. they come with a mini fridge. a microwave and a coffee machine. There is a gym, a swimming pool an laundry facility. Breakfast is also include, serving a great variety of different breakfast items. There is a movie theater across the street for entertainment. Very good value for your money.

    I appreciated the abundance of shopping options available.

    I appreciated the abundance of shopping options available. However, there was a noticeable language barrier, as many employees primarily spoke Spanish, and English-speaking staff were few and far between. Despite this, I found everyone to be exceptionally kind and helpful.

    Honestly everything was great except the front desk person...

    Honestly everything was great except the front desk person who spoke eith me prior to check in. She was VERRRRRRY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. If I had to choose whether or not to stay there, I Honestly wouldn't. Me and my family stayed there we had about 8 or 9 rooms. We could have gone to another hotel because of her rudeness. But we stayed 2 nights

    Kendall is a nice place.

    Kendall is a nice place. There are a lot of shops, restaurants to visit. We're impressed at McDonald's near by. It looks new, clean, not crowded. McCrispy sandwich was tasty, workers were very polite and helpful. Very pleasant place.

    If you need a short stay location while at the hospital - Comfor Suites might work for you. As long as you're not concerned by black mould. Kendall itself was enjoyable - and quite walkable from Comfor Suites.

    We stayed here to visit the Everglades and the hotel was perfectly located at around 35 minute drive from Shark Alley. The pool was a lovely added bonus as was the breakfast which I hadn’t realised was included. We were delayed leaving due to bad weather and the staff were so accommodating and extended our booking free of charge for a few hours. rooms we clean and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly, shop for small snacks and drinks was really useful.

    The 2 receptionists could not have been more helpful, they let us get our room a bit earlier then allowed us a late check out for our late flight. We really appreciated this. Hotel in general was very good, clean, decent rooms and just what we required. Many thanks

    Lovely hotel very friendly gent on reception who had no problem printing out our boarding tickets. Rooms lovely and clean and within walking distance found a great local pub/restaurant The Hole in the Wall great pub grub and great atmosphere.
