Fabulous location, ideal for visiting Burlington, Shelburne Museum, Von Trapp Family Lodge & Ben & Jerry's factory. Robert was an excellent host and made us freshly brewed coffee every morning. The guest house was immaculate and nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting on Malletts Bay. Would highly recommend.

A nice hotel, much better than the ones in its immediate surraoundings (from previous experience). On leaving, we forgot a mobile phone in the room, that was retreived and returned to the front desk for us to collect the day after - thanks a lot!

Very comfortable well appointed room. Excellent central location for exploring Burlington. Super friendly reception staff who gave loads of recommendations. Complimentary bikes form the hotel were a bonus , would highly recommend cycling the bike trail along Lake Champlain

    This is a beautiful property in an even more beautiful location. It's right on the lake with easy access to the water. The house itself is lovely -- very spacious and amazing windows looking out on the lake. It was very comfortable and a perfect place to hang out for a few days while in Burlington for UVM's graduation. Super cozy and yet spacious all at the same time.

    These bozos, cancelled our trip hours before arriving. They booked someone else who was offering them more money!! We completely could not find another hotel and they ruined our entire trip. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!! Never use this establishment!

    Bungalow was clean,modern,lakefront with excellent kitchen and bath facilities. Neil was very helpful. Location in Colchester was great too - lots to do and a short ride to Burlington or Winooski.
