Amazing pool area right in front of the room. We loved the smaller size of the hotel and the friendly staff. The beach is just a few steps away. Breakfast was excellent too.

Pros: - breakfast is amazing, you can choose from the restaurant menu - perfect location, near the main road and close to the beach - free sun-beds on the beach - clean room, fully equipped as it was described - owner is very kind and helped us in a difficult situation, our driver didn’t come to take as to the airport. It was 2AM and the owner call somebody to help us with the transfer

Hospitality of staff and the owners. Cleanliness. Location just steps from the beach and from bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed this stay. The owner organised for a fair price our daily, individually tailored trips around the island. Definitely worth staying at the Mem’s.

The staff especially the manager Messi and the chef were exceptionally hospitable, the breakfast is simply amazing and the entire property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for. It was a thoroughly memorable stay.

Amazing accommodation. Relaxing, friendly people, and outstanding breakfast. Unfortunately, I had a health incident, and Pia's (owner) husband took me to the clinic at 4 am. It felt like we were guests in our friend house rather than a hotel. The location is a couple km away from paje but there are board games and books there to spend your time and also a kayak to use. It has got plenty of hot water all the time and the beat water pressure we had in zanzibar. Very clean and good care taken of the facilities. We had a couple of gifts and a welcome glass of wine. Great experience overall ( I just couldn't enjoy it fully due to my incident) The food at the hotel restaurant was fresh and very tasty!!

Absolutely loved my stay here! Facilities were amazing - massive pool and lots of deck chairs around the pool or at the private beach. Staff were so friendly and remembered my name whenever they saw me - it’s the little things! Rooms were amazing and spacious. Loved my balcony for morning chill time. Great central location. This resort is a great respite from people trying to sell you things on the beach or constantly trying to talk to you when you’re tanning (as a solo female traveller, this can get so tiresome.) definitely worth the splurge to stay here and feel so relaxed and soak up the sun. My flight was quite late at night and they let me store my belongings, use the resort and shower before it was time to go also :)
