I loved everything about this hotel. Every member of staff that we talked to, were friendly, professional, and honestly, lovely. They accommodated to every need we had, even when upon arrival, our credit card seemed to not work they were incredibly patient and nice, and brought us tea, until everything went well. The restaurant is also quite nice. The breakfast is not a buffet, but you have the option to order from their extensive menu, which gave a lot of opportunity to have varied food every day. We also got massages in the spa, which we really enjoyed. Also, the location is amazing. Would definitely recommend.
