We originally booked a week but extended our stay for longer it was that perfect. Such a wonderful place to stay with kind care and attention from all the staff. We stayed in the King Suite which had amazing views across the sea, watching the sun set every night. Our room felt like home and the bed was so comfortable - it's rare to sleep this good. We went swimming every day in the heated pool. We also loved the breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. Overall we can't recommend Payava Hotel enough, I think we've found our new winter get away and hope to stay again very soon.

Our hosts were so welcoming, attentive and wonderful, making us feel very comfortable and at home. Rooms were sparkling clean and common areas such as the swimming pool, garden and dining area were kept perfect. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the village center and 30 minute walk from Patara beach if you take an alternative route through ruins from Maps.me. Breakfast at the hotel was rich and nutritious, with a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Moreover, we would love to thank our host for bringing us with his car to the bus station. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! We strongly recommend this hotel to all travelers!

The Xanthos Boutique Hotel is conveniently located in Patara and is a perfect base to explore the wider region. The hotel itself is clean, beautiful and the swimming pool is perfect to enjoy the Turkish sun and eternal blue sky. But without doubt, what contributed most to our stay was the amazing personnel. Overall fantastic. See the photos online, it's all true. Now in April perfect weather for me as a white guy. Don't think I can do August heat here. Staff plenty and helpful, English good enough. It's just a bit far out, but once here it's paradise. Resort is 3 years old, superb finishing. Special thanks to the reception and cleaning staff!!

Everything was amazing including location, room etc. bed was comfortable. Room was a good size and hosts were totally amazing - probably best people I’ve ever come across. You feel totally comfortable and at home. Breakfast was fantastic.
