Almost everything - Spacious and comfortable room, friendly and helpful Reception (Mr Eray & Mr Sanes) as well as all the staff from Concierge, Housekeeping dept and Bar (my bf had food poisoning a day before and we brought back a packed food which he left almost untouched and needed to heat up the next day. We called to room service to enquire if there is any microwave we could use, the man who picked up the phone obviously couldn’t be bothered to our enquiry and said NO & BYE. Well, it didn’t make sense such a big hotel has no microwave. Hence we went down to lobby and staff from the bar was extremely kind and helpful to not only heat up, but laid the food nicely and beautifully on a plate for us. Which for me it was definitely an extra miles!). We definitely had a wonderful stay! :)

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions and public transportation. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all dietary preferences. Overall, I highly recommend the Hotel Agora to anyone visiting Izmir.
