We loved the comfort of the room, it was spacious and relaxing. We always looked forward to returning there after a long day out! The staff were amazing as well! They genuinely cared for us and we felt very welcomed and taken care of. Will definitely return to stay here if i visit Trabzon again, highly recommend!!

The property was spotlessly clean! Everything was new and sparkling. The hotel is newly opened hence everything felt fresh & neat. Rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable. It has all the essentials needed for basic cooking. View from the hotel room is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff is well trained and they do an amazing job. Bathroom is well equipped with good quality toileterries and towels.

I had a truly excellent experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with great attention to detail that made the stay very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Mostafa at the reception — he was exceptionally courteous, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. His outstanding service truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and wish the team continued success.
