Realy spacious and well/newly/modern equiped cabin! We stayed there just for one night (to split the long way from Norway to Czech republic) so we could not enjoy all the possibillities of this accommodation. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and cofee machine :)

What a beautiful place and the best part is the wonderful hospitality of the hosts. This is a perfect stay when you have a little one, our almost 2 year old son loved the toys in and outside the house. The spot where you could sit next to the water was beautiful! We hope to come back one day.

We had a wonderful time at Solhem. Cozy with old wooden floors, beautiful details and two fireplaces. It really had everything we wanted and the beds were comfortable! The house is located in a residential area without major roads. It was a huge garden. We also liked that there were a new induction hob, stove, fridge and freezer in the kitchen even though it was an old charming interior. There was fast wi-fi and the tv was new, and there was chromecast so we could watch our usual channels. For us who live in an apartment in the city, it is absolutely wonderful to stay in such a charming house and have the large garden. The little beach by the lake was really beautiful and calm and the kids can go there by themselves this summer when we get back.

    Our stay on Styrsö was absolutely magical - a truly unique and peaceful place where you can slow down, unwind and connect with nature. We where not prepared for camping life, but the staff was so nice and gave us everything we needed. You have to take a ferry from Strömstad to get here which makes the place even more special. The stay is very self-catered - even cleaning at the end - which we imagine helps keep the authentic, back-to-nature experience. We will definitely come back more prepared and stay a little longer next time.

    We stayed for one night, and it was a good place to catch our breath. It is spacious, clean and well equipped. It would be suitable for longer stays. The location was quiet and you can take a forest walk down the road. From the abundance of fliers and guides it seems like there would also be plenty to do around Strömstad. The place really had far more to offer than we had time to enjoy.

    VERY clean. The hotel/room was quite old and ready for some modernization, however absolutely worth what we paid and a decent size. Friendly staff and the surrounding area included a nice beach and it was close to the city centre by car.
