View from room absolutely outstanding, we got room with view to mountain and lake, absolutely gorgeous. Very comfortable bed. Very nice rain shower and spacious clean bathroom. Definitely one of best accommodations I had.

It was wonderful ! Even if we didn’t see nothern lights because of the weather, we watched the star from our warm bed! The couple who welcomed us was lovely, they prepared a delicious diner in an other hut with a huge fire in it (and there was a vegetarian option!).

    Gallivare is a mining town and in itself not particularly...

    Gallivare is a mining town and in itself not particularly interesting for holiday takers but it provides good transport options to several of the national parks in the region. It is possible to make some nice walks in the immediate vicinity of the town but these alone are not a reason to travel there.

    Very modern hotel, spacious room with double aspect view. Free sauna on 5th floor (with a lovely view) was a nice surprise Roof pool (tho' didn't have time to use it). Right opposite the station so very convenient for catching early-morning trains.

    It's very close to the railway station (though Gallivare is hardly big). Check-in was easy, even though I arrived very late. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but perfectly reasonable. The few staff I met were very friendly.
