The location was beautiful and near to Al'Haram. The suite was bigger than what I thought. They had 1 Bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and TV lounge. Then We had a Beautiful room with attached bathroom.

The place is excellent,clean and nice. Staff are good and respectful especially Mustafa. We were allowed to check-in earlier.This is much appreciated.

My experience was beyond words. From the minute we checked in till we departed, everything was beyond expectations. Mr Wahbi at the reception is very helpful and friendly. Ms Mashael from the operator is very efficient. The service provided is very prompt when I requested for room service it were delivered promptly. Shuttle service is great and efficient too. Alhamdullilah all is perfect! We will certainly return and choose le Meridien Towers Makkah for our next trip to Makkah for Umrah insha'Allah. MasyaAllah tabarakallah
