Everything was absolutely amazing. The comfort level was perfect. I just wish I had found this apartment three days earlier — I would have spent those days in peace as well. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and whenever I visit again with my family, I will definitely stay here.

We had an amazing stay at Heaven Resort Bhurban! The views were absolutely stunning, and there was so much open space for the kids to run around and play. It felt like the perfect spot for a family getaway. We had a great time enjoying a barbecue, and the rooms were super clean and comfortable—just right for a big family gathering. Definitely a place we’d love to visit again!

    i had to leave the hotel an hour after check in because he...

    i had to leave the hotel an hour after check in because he place was in such sorry state. not recommended for families at all. unsafe place with random men roaming around. anyone could come up to our apartment and take a look. absolutely sorry state of affairs. terrible experience. not recommended to anyone. Also, rude staff. used abusive language with me.

    Location was away from traffic and busy areas which was good. But they were packed to capacity due to which they did not give attention as in the past. Further, they had a musical concert @ Rs.15000 per person and those who did not opt for it, had limited choice in dining because their restaurants were closed on night 13th/14th August.

    1- Ambience : front desk corwded not a proper queue followed. 2- Hosue keeping services are really poor, they missed cleaning surface and areas, lobby side windows locks are not porpley function, wash room showers not working, food basket missed int he room, we have to call two to three for these petty services to make it working. 3- Parking not propely managed someone parked car in such a way that it looks occupied two parkings. 4- Overall food is pathetic in buffet, breakfast and Al-cart in chinese cusine. 5- Lobby fast food is better but not signature. In 5-Star I mean you are not expecting such blunders

    I liked the views from room most.

    I liked the views from room most. They did had live music could just sit in Gallery and listen to it. Facilites for children were there but did not get chance to use it. If you ever travel there and eat only order local food not fast food.

    Great Location!! Short drive from Murree Mall road and within walking distance of PC Bhurban and Chinar Golf Club. Beautiful surrounding and extremely helpful staff. The property was clean, decor was amazing, furniture was luxury and had all facilities like warm water, WiFi and Netflix as well. Also the property is gated and there are CCTV cameras outside along with guards making it perfect for families. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

    The view was amazing , everything was exceptional , i was not expecting this much comfort but it exceeded my expectations , the owner is a very down to earth person and the care taker guy bilal was excellent, the owner accommodated me very well which is very hard to find in these areas. I highly recommend this place and will go again every time i visit bhurban.

    Amazing trip. Travelled from Dubai to cool down in Bhurban. Kids made cherishing memories about Pakistan. The Resort is very spacious as well as cozy, host is very cooperative, and Views are Totally Awwwesome. This whole family vacation became a blissful station on my memory lane.
