We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The level of service provided was exceptional, professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The hotel was well-maintained, clean, and cosy, offering a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The restaurant was equally impressive, with delicious food, a great variety of options, and a team that provided prompt and courteous service throughout every meal. Special thanks to the front desk and restaurant staff for their outstanding hospitality. Their positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. This is our 2nd time staying in the resort. It's a nice place for weekend break to escape from the crowded city. We met the owner and she is kind and friendly. She showed the diversity of the plants in the nature garden. All are amazing.

Breakfast is not included, but they provided instant coffee. Location is near to the market and resto. The caretaker Ate is very accommodating and also the owner. The house is big and also the bedrooms. The Ate even showed us the 2nd Floor ancestral house to take a look and picked some Rambutan for us to try.

The place is CLEAN and smells nice. We were visiting our family so it was hard to find a good hotel in the area so I'm happy this was available. It's also nicely designed, doesn't look cheap, but good value. Each floor has a living room or a lounge area that's really nice, the bed is comfortable, place has good wifi, and good AC. It has a water heater too, staff was really nice and responsive too. Would definitely come back !!❤️
