I arrived in Arequipa on Monday afternoon (30 December 2024), and twisted my ankle 5 minutes into my Walking Tour. I did not get a chance to see any of Arequipa’s attractions or celebrate New Year’s Eve. I stayed indoors for 2 days to heal my swollen ankle. The team took care of me in the following ways: * Moved my luggage from my room on the 4th floor to Ground floor (because the lift was not working) * Gave me ice (for my swollen ankle) in the morning, afternoon and night every day from Monday until Thursday * Served breakfast in my room on Tuesday and Wednesday (it was so delicious!) * Helped me to call LATAM and Copa Airlines for me to change and confirm my flights (I was on hold for a long time on multiple attempts) * Advised me on which Tours to take (and arranged for Ruta del Sillar) and restaurants to go to based on my limited mobility My heartfelt appreciation to everyone who was on duty during my stay: Milagros, Fiorela, José, Lino, Enrique, Favian, Jhorly, Nadhia & Saly. They took good care of me and made me feel at home when I was traveling alone and so far away from home.

The hotel is really good. Extremely well located, close to the main attractions and excellent restaurants. The attentiveness of the staff is a plus, and the comfort of the beds and the quality of the sheets make the stay even more enjoyable. We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was simply perfect! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the entire organization of the place ran smoothly from start to finish. What really stood out to us was the owner’s kindness and hospitality. He welcomed us warmly, even offered us a free beer on arrival, which was such a nice touch after a long journey. After our tour on the last day, even though we had already checked out, he kindly let us use the showers before we left for the bus terminal. That kind of generosity really made a difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience and outstanding service!
