Santiago is NOT a vacation spot.
Santiago is NOT a vacation spot. I had to be there for work and there was absolutely nothing to do outside of my hotel. It was all strip malls and fast food chains and 2-3 hours to the closest beach. Plenty to do for everyone's taste: shopping mall (huge one)...
Plenty to do for everyone's taste: shopping mall (huge one) a stone's throw from the hotel. A short drive from the hotel you have the city center. There are huge possibilities for hiking in nature and visiting national parks. The only drawback is that there is traffic all day long anywhere you go but it is too hot to cycle or walk!Guest review bySolPerezNorway
