Ani was so lovely! The homemade bread and honey was really tasty. Plus the little welcome sign and bite sized chocolates for us both were fantastic. The amenities were great, and I personally loved the little fireplace, it warmed the place up really nicely. Also the window above the foot of the bed was brilliant for watching pīwakawaka and other birds with a morning cup of tea! Our activities were in Hanmer, but this place was worth the extra driving time for sure.

A beautiful setting with picturesque gardens and exceptionally well equipped and comfortable interiors. It was a wrench to prise ourselves away after 2 nights of tranquil bliss. I particularly enjoyed cooking, which is often difficult and stressful on holiday as so many utensils and ingredients are unavailable. Not at Leader Valley, the kitchen is possibly better equipped than my own!

Everything, loved all the landscaping and location. Toni was so helpful and accommodating. Suite beautifully finished. We enjoyed the tea selection and Linden Leaves products. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Best location possible, in the middle of town, opposite the hot springs. Close to all the shops and restaurants. You won't find a better location than this. Also, the common area is a great plus. It provides opportunities to both sit back and relax on your own, or meet with other travellers of you wish.

Great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient and quiet. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The apartment was quiet, spotlessly clean and thoughtful additions such as the provision of tissues were very much welcomed. It is a very short walk (e.g., across the road, or around the corner) to restaurants and the bakery so dinners and breakfasts were easy (if we didn't want to make our own in the well appointed kitchen).
