We felt welcomed everywhere we went.
We felt welcomed everywhere we went. From accommodation at Carnmore Chateau to the cafes to the Peter Jackson aviation museum. We had a great time. The museums are a must see to get an appreciation of what it would have been to serve in either of the World wars.Guest review byDonNew Zealand - 10.0
Loved the views around Blenheim.
Loved the views around Blenheim. Beautiful walks and stunning weather on autumn days. Only went to one vineyard and the food was divine ( wither hills) . Will be back to try more!! Omaka Aerodrome is stunning - I wasn't that keen as airplanes are not my deal but it was a terrific display - showcasing the skills of weta workshop! Great small town.
Great small town. Lots of character with a range of restaurants. Crucially it sits at the heart of Marlborough wine growing region. We did a half day wine tour and loved. Unlike many other accommodations - there was plenty shelf space in the bathroom. It was very useful to have dinner at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel as we stayed there on Good Friday and most of Blenheim was closed, especially at night.
