Amazing accommodation, we were very lucky and saw the northern lights so many times over the evening and through the night. No light pollution so really clear Skys! The hut was cosy and warm and so was the shared bathroom only a short walk away. We were even picked up unexpectedly from the bus stop and dropped at the accommodation so we didn’t have to wait in the cold! Can’t recommend enough.

A cozy hotel, with a old traditional restaurant with home-made local food. Vollan Gjestestue is located in Nordkjosbotn. Free WiFi access is available.

Staff upgraded our room for free when we told that we were hiking for one week before hotel and that was lovely gesture! 😊 Breakfast was perfeckt! Free parking.

We had a marvellous breakfast with typical Norwegian products! Very friendly staff.
