We stayed in the main part of the hotel, which used to be a shipping office. The room was big with lots of windows and natural light (but just looked over buildings). Furnishings were in an older style, more in keeping with the 'shipping office' feel. There are many maps, photos and models of ships around the hotel.

The apartment is just wonderful. The interieur is very modern, smart and comfortabel, too. A lot of equipment is included, eg two kayaks, a SUP, Nintendo Switch and life vests. The view at the surrounding rocks, Fjord, river and Feda itself is just stunning. The terrace can be used even in heavy rain and cold weather since there is a installed heat lamp. You can really enjoy your morning coffee or your dinner there, too. A lot of activities can be started at the house like hiking, swimming or driving around in one of the boats. Ulrik himself is a very sympathetic, helpful and engaged host. He can give you practical tips and answers questions quickly.

This place is really fabulous. Very nice and quiet location. Apartment is clean, warm and cozy. Hosts are fantastic. They are bee-keepers and you can buy honey from Norwegian mountains, and believe me, this will be the best honey you have ever tasted. I really liked this place. Definitely recommend, 100 percent.

Very cute and quaint cottage that felt larger on the inside than it looks on the outside! Spacious and great bathroom, comfortable couch/bed downstairs, and two mattresses upstairs where we slept comfortably. Dog-friendly! Charming hosts and a beautiful garden we were allowed to use, with a table and chairs right next to the cottage. Very close to supermarkets and Farsund centre. Great option for through travel from Kristiansand to Stavanger or Bergen, but I wish we had had the time to stay another night! Wonderful AC and equipped with a microwave and fridge.
