It’s in a stunning location and the view over the mountains is amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable . We were late but still they managed to usher us in to dinner. The atmosphere was very convivial and the food was really delicious.

Many things, the lady at receprion very nice and helpful, the room very cozy with everything you need, the location excellent, you have the cruises and buses for tour in front of your room. I had two sides to the streets view, when I arrive in the afternoon there was no building facing my room. The morning after there was a 15 storey building? No! It was the MSC Preziosa! The restaurant was beautiful, I had breakfast and choices were unlimited, not only for food but space. You could find table for one or group and areas that are more private than others. Besides, you are allowed to keep your luggage at reception after checking out.

The hotel is located in commercial center in the 3rd floor and there's no reception so the check in and out is done by a machine in entrance to the center. There's an elevator. The room was spacious and well design Will come back again!
